Nona Mona is a comedian, MC, dance teacher and podcaster. You can find her working Adelaide’s comedy circuit on most weekends, MCing a number of different events, or interviewing people over a bowl of cereal on her podcast. When she’s not performing, Nona Mona is either busy writing new material, drinking coffee or hanging out with her cats.

Her first ever solo comedy show Hot Mess: That Wasn’t Part Of The Plan, had multiple sold out nights and won her a Fringe Weekly Emerging Artist Award at Adelaide’s 2022 Fringe.

Having spent a decade performing burlesque, Nona has a rich history within the Adelaide burlesque community. As a multi award winning showgirl and burlesque artist, some of Nona’s highlights include performing overseas at both the London Burlesque Festival and the Scotland Burlesque Festival held in Edinburgh. 

A true creative, Nona values the art of comedy and the ability to make people laugh. Comedy and creating joy in the world are her priority.
